Remove the bolster and mattress before washing, leaving the mattress safely inside its waterproof cover, if you have purchased one. Machine wash your decorative velvet cover on a short 30 degree cycle with zips closed. Air dry — do not tumble dry. For minor marks spot clean with a mild liquid soap — our velvet is very hardy. Wipe the waterproof cover clean only — do not wash. Vacuum or brush away any hair if your dog sheds.

Please allow 10-14 days from order to delivery — we hand make every bed to order. The mattress arrives vacuum packed to reduce shipping size — assembly is straightforward. If a colour is out of stock we will contact you immediately with alternatives. We do not accept returns on bespoke orders unless there is a manufacturing fault. We inspect every single item before it leaves our hands.

Give your bed an occasional shake to keep it gloriously plump. Our beds are handcrafted to last — but they are not indestructible if your dog is an aggressive chewer. You know your dog better than we do.
