DELIVERY

Good news! Delivery is free on orders over £100.

 

We will choose the most appropriate courier for the type and size of parcel.

You will receive tracking confirmation once your order has shipped.

 

For orders under £100, we ship orders with Royal Mail:

RETURNING YOUR ITEM

We apologies for any inconvenience, but we cannot amend or cancel made-to-measure curtains, k-9 cushions and kolor kubes, unless there is a technical or manufacturing fault.

 

As such, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on these products. We encourage you to use our swatch service to ensure you’re happy before you place your order. With large items such as K-9 cushions, please measure your space before placing your order.

 

We are extremely careful to check your order is perfect, but mistakes can happen from time to time. And of course, in that instance, we will put it right.

 

We do accept returns on our cushions (except kolor kubes and bows), should you not be delighted with your order. 

The Buyer is responsible for the return shipping.

 

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN FOR APPLICABLE ITEMS:

  1. Please ensure the item is in its original condition and original packaging.
  1. Contact us @ handmade@kikabespoke.com, within 14 days, with your order reference number and reason for return. For any returns we do accept, we will advise the address to return to. They are different for different products. We do not currently have the facility to arrange your return on your behalf. Buyer is responsible for ensuring the return is received in good order.

 

 

 

REFUNDS

Once we receive your items, returns typically take up to five working days to process, excluding any delivery fees. For returns made between 15 and 28 days, we can offer credit on your Kika Bespoke account. 

 

FAULTY ITEMS

If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, please email handmade@kikabespoke.com to arrange a replacement or return. Include a photograph showing the fault/damage for our investigation. 

Please do not return a faulty or damaged item without emailing us first. Do not attempt to assemble or fix it yourself or via a third party, as this will affect your entitlement to a refund or compensation. 

If the item is confirmed to be faulty or damaged, you will not be responsible for return postage costs. 

 

EXCHANGES

We’re happy to offer you an exchange for an alternative item, providing there is available stock. Please email handmade@kikabespoke.com so we can arrange this for you. In this instance, you are responsible for paying the return postage cost.
