Good news! Delivery is free on orders over £100 to Mainland UK.
We will choose the most appropriate courier for the type and size of parcel.
You will receive tracking confirmation once your order has shipped.
For orders under £100, we ship orders with Royal Mail:

For International orders, the size of your parcel, and location we're shipping to, will determine the courier cost.
There is a flat rate charge of €20 (to Europe) and $20 (to the US & Canada) for small parcels.
For multiple items, making up a bulky package, please drop us a message so we can price the courier for you.
RETURNING YOUR ITEM
All of our products are bespoke made-to-order and as such cannot be returned or refunded. In the event however of a technical, or manufacturing fault, you would be entitled to return your item for an exchange or full refund.
We pride ourselves on our quality and bespoke offering. We are extremely careful to check your order is perfect, but mistakes can happen from time to time. And of course, in that instance, we will put it right.
FAULTY ITEMS
If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, please email handmade@kikabespoke.com to arrange a replacement or return. Include a photograph showing the fault/damage for our investigation.
Please do not return a faulty or damaged item without emailing us first. Do not attempt to assemble or fix it yourself or via a third party, as this will affect your entitlement to a refund or compensation.
If the item is confirmed to be faulty or damaged, you will not be responsible for return postage costs.
EXCHANGES
If your product is faulty for any reason, we can offer you an exchange of another product to the same value, or a refund. Please email handmade@kikabespoke.com so we can arrange this for you.
REFUNDS
If your product is faulty for any reason, we can offer you a full refund. Please email handmade@kikabespoke.com so we can arrange this for you.
LARGE PARCELS
Larger parcels, containing multiple items, may have a different courier cost, which will need to be checked and advised. If you have multiple items in mind, please get in touch before placing your order. We reserve the right to update the courier cost if it does not fit the package size.
